# Go2Pro29 videos: rules and tips for a strong 29-second clip

A Go2Pro29 video is a clip of up to 29 seconds. Short clips are easier for scouts to watch, compare and pass on to colleagues.

## The rules

- Maximum length: 29 seconds.
- Upload only videos in which you are the player being shown.
- If you are under 18, a parent approves each video before it is published.
- On social media you can share only your own published videos.
- You can upload new videos until the day before your 22nd birthday. Videos already published stay online.

## How many videos you can upload

During the 14-day free trial you can upload up to 5 videos a week. After that it depends on your plan: Basic allows 1 video a week, Pro allows 5.

## Tips for a better clip

- Ask someone to film from the side of the pitch and keep the phone steady.
- Keep the whole action in frame: how you receive the ball, the move and how it ends.
- Start recording a couple of seconds before your action, so the scout understands the situation.
- Film in daylight or under good floodlights, and avoid shooting into the sun.
- One idea per clip: a dribble, a save, a pass that breaks the line. Five moments squeezed into 29 seconds are hard to read.

## Views

Each video shows two counters: views from players and parents, and views from verified scouts.
