When a player under 18 uploads a video, it doesn’t go online straight away. It waits for the linked parent.
Approving a video #
- You get a request in your parent area.
- Watch the video.
- Approve it to publish it, or refuse it.
Your approval is saved as certified consent. The article “Certified parent consent: what is recorded and why” explains what that means.
Blocking or deleting #
You can block or delete any of your child’s videos at any time, also after you approved them.
Privacy and contacts #
- Only your child’s first name is shown.
- Scouts and professionals can’t message your child. They contact you, and only once their own identity has been verified.
- You manage privacy settings and contact requests from your parent area.
A tip from our team #
Choose videos together with your child. A short clip of a real match moment usually tells a scout more than a long highlight reel.
