Go2Pro accounts work with LutinX ID. When you sign up on Go2Pro, a LutinX account is created for you at the same time. LutinX is a trademark of 8id Ltd., the company that runs the sign-in and the identity check.
Why LutinX ID #
- One login for Go2Pro and for partner portals that accept LutinX ID.
- Identity checks happen on LutinX, so your ID documents are not stored by Go2Pro.
Who has to verify their identity #
- Parents and guardians, so that scouts know they are talking to a real parent.
- Scouts and professionals, before they can contact any family.
- Partners, as part of joining the Partner Program.
Using the same ID on other portals #
Some Go2Pro partners let you sign in to their own portal with LutinX ID. In that case they receive only the data needed to log you in.
Trouble signing in? #
- Check that you are using the email address you signed up with.
- Use the password reset link on the sign-in page.
