Bringing a club onto Go2Pro: a plan for Local Partners

A club is the fastest way to bring a whole age group onto Go2Pro at once. It is also where families ask the most questions. Here is a plan that works in a month.

Week 1: one club, one coach

Start small. Choose one club and one age group, and talk to the coach first. Explain what Go2Pro does for his players: a free Passport, short videos, verified scouts, parents in control. Ask the coach which parents’ evening you can join.

Week 2: the parents’ evening

Fifteen minutes are enough. Cover four points:

  • The Passport is free for life.
  • Players under 18 link a parent with a PIN; nothing is published without the parent’s approval.
  • Scouts are verified and contact parents, never children.
  • Your presentation code: families enter it at sign-up so you can support them locally.

Leave the link to the Help Center. The articles on the Passport, the parent PIN and video approval answer most of the questions you will get afterwards.

Weeks 3 and 4: the first videos

Help the first ten players set up their Passport and upload a first video while their 14-day trial is running. Ask the coach to film one training exercise from the side, so every player has at least one clip. Players who publish in the first two weeks stay.

Keep the channel open

A group with the coach and the parents is enough. Answer questions within a day, and send a Help Center article instead of writing the answer again.

What to count

  • Passports created with your code.
  • Parents linked.
  • Players with at least one published video.

Those three numbers tell you whether the club is really on board.

What not to promise

Trials, contracts or the attention of a specific scout. Promise what you control: a clean onboarding and quick answers.
